T E R M S  &  C O N D T I O N S

• I describe the items as accurately as possible and will inform you of any defects I see. However, I am not an expert.  Please feel free to contact me with any questions you have.
•  Most of the jewelry/items I sell are vintage and pre-owned. As such, they may need to be cleaned or polished to your satisfaction. I do not polish or apply chemicals to my items due to many collectors preferring to do this themselves.
•  If you would like to see additional photographs of any item send me your email address and if available I will send them to you.
• I am not accepting bids from international buyers at this time due to the exorbitant shipping costs.

P A Y M E N T  &  D I S C O U N T S

• Payment is due within 7 days.
• If you plan on purchasing more than one item from me please do not pay until all your auctions end and then pay for purchases in one combined payment (after you have received an invoice from me combining your shipping costs). When payment is made your item(s) are processed immediately and are typically shipped out the following business day. Items must be shipped at the same time and in the same box in order for you to receive a shipping discount.
• Pay Pal is preferred, but I will also accept money orders (please understand that I will not be able to ship your item(s) to you until your money order clears). I do not accept personal checks.
• Please contact me if you are sending a money order or if you are planning on bidding on more of my items to take advantage of the shipping discount.

 S H I P P I N G  &  I N S U R A N C E

• Insurance is optional but recommended for fragile and/or expensive items. I will refund the cost for items damaged/lost in the mail if you choose to pay for insurance. I will not be responsible for items damaged/lost in the mail if you choose not to insure them.
• Your purchase will usually be shipped the first business day after payment, after which you will receive an automated email from Pay Pal with a delivery confirmation number (if you have not received an email from Pay Pal with a delivery confirmation number a day or two after paying, contact me and I will give you the number).
• Shipping costs include packaging material, postage and delivery confirmation.

R E T U R N S

• I accept returns as long as you contact me within 48 hours of receiving item, and then promptly ship it back to me within 7 days. Money will be refunded as soon as item has been returned in the same condition it was sent. You will be responsible for all shipping charges.

F E E D B A C K

• I will absolutely give you positive feedback once you leave me positive feedback first. This is important because it lets me know that you received the product and were satisfied with it.
• If there is a problem, please contact me before leaving negative feedback/low star ratings and I will do my best to remedy the problem.
