USA Shipping is $6.75 (includes a Tracking Number). Insurance which is a must, will be added to your invoice @ actual USPS rates: $1.70 for $0.01-$49; $2.15 for $50-$100; $1.15 for each $100 or fraction thereof over $100.

S/H/I for International shipping will be determined after auction closes, but most items can be shipped using the fees quoted below.

This in an "auction", please do not ask for a "buy it now" price or to end the auction early.

Up for auction are two mint in boxes, quality Nolan Miller necklaces. The first is an Omega Slide Trio with teh extra puffed heart slide {there are four in all}. Also included is the Star Luster necklace. Both come with boxes, warranties and paperwork and have never been out of boxes or worn. Although they are costume jewelry, they have the look and feel of the "real thing".

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Please note that we ship internationally using methods that allow us to INSURE packages - uninsured international packages have a bad track record. FOR CANADA: The cheapest way to send an insured packages to Canada is by using PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL, which covers the first $100. of insurance and costs $16.00. For other countries except Italy {I will not ship packages to Italy}I ship INSURED PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL, which costs about $23.00 and insurance is extra. Also, we must fill out CUSTOMS FORMS in accordance with the law - please do not ask us to falsify information on these forms as we will not comply. There will be no exceptions regarding these terms. If you do not wish to comply with these shipping terms please do not place a bid. Thank you for your cooperation!

The items in my auctions are previously owned {unless otherwise stated as new} or antique and have been worn or used. I try to describe everything carefully, and since items are not new, there may be some imperfections. PLEASE ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE BIDDING, BUT BE SURE TO READ ALL INFORMATION @ THE BOTTOM OF PAGE FIRST. Payments must be received within ten days after auction closes and all payments must include insurance. I CAN NO LONGER SHIP ITEMS OR ACCEPT BIDS FROM ITALY. Also, due to unfortunate circumstances, if a USPS claim needs to be filed, it is the bidders responsibility to do so {please read "policies" for complete information regarding this issue}.

RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns unless there is a gross misrepresentation in our description. If item is being returned, it must be postmarked no later than three days after receipt of item, NO EXCEPTIONS. S/H/I fees are not refundable.

FINE PRINT, SIZE, WEIGHT & PICTURES

I ship to the address you have on file with eBay, if this is not correct, I will not be responsible for loss. These pieces are sold in "As Is" condition (i.e. metal may need polishing or cleaning, watches may need repairs). All measurements are taken as carefully as possible but are APPROXIMATE. I am not a Gemologist, therefore I cannot determine if gemstones are synthetic, lab created or natural. If there are any gemstones in jewelry, most have been tested using a Presidium Gem Tester. I guarantee all diamonds are real, not synthetic or CZ's. All my pictures are enlarged to show greater detail. My displays are not life size, so please take that into consideration when bidding. I give measuresments in description to give you an idea of the actual size of the item. I will not accept returns if item is larger or smaller than anticipated.

SHIPPING INFORMATION & USPS INSURANCE CLAIMS

INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS WELCOME, THIS INCLUDES CANADA & SOUTH AMERICA. S/H/I prices will be determined after auction closes and I cannot ship any items without insurance. Like everyone else, I have been sorely affected by the high price of gas and making daily trips to the Post Office has become costly. I will be shipping items twice a week, usually on Tuesday and Friday. If, however, there is an emergency & you need your item sooner, I will try to accomodate your needs, but I would strongly recommend priority shipping. INSURANCE CLAIMS: Due to a dishonest bidder, I can no longer file claims with the USPS. The bidder {cnn201 Christine Nguyen @ NG Printing in San Jose, CA} claimed not to have received her item. I refunded the payment and 6 days later the item was delivered. I sent her proof of the person who signed for item "Josephine Nguyen" and she still has refused to pay for the item. This unfortunate incident has cost me nearly $300.00 which is why I can no longer file any claims. Since you, the buyer, purchases the insurance, it is your responsibility to file any claims. If you disagree with this practice, kindly refrain from bidding. **INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES**: Please note that we ship internationally using methods that allow us to INSURE packages - uninsured international packages have a bad track record. MULTIPLE PURCHASES

I will be happy to combine items to save on shipping costs & my cutoff is weekly usually ending on Thursday or Friday. In other words, I wrap packages every week on Friday and only the items purchased in this one week period {Monday through Friday} can be combined for shipping. I do this simply to prevent mistakes {on my part} and confusion {also on my part}. In most cases, the shipping and handling charges will be one flat fee of $3.75 {unless otherwise noted in 1st paragraph of auction} regardless of how many items are purchased during this one week period. Please do not ask me to extend it to the following week.

THE "PUPPIES"

The two "puppies" in my pictures are Murray and Sadie. Murray was 5 years old in May {gray muzzle appeared after we got Sadie} and Sadie turned 2 in May. They are chocolate cocker spaniels & although Murray is finally "accepting" Sadie, he's just not too comfortable when she tries to "cuddle up" with him.
