You are buying a completely customized, laser engraved tag. The photos below are just examples of what we can engrave. You tell us what you want when you check out (in the "add note to seller" section).
What Style Tag Do You Want?
If not specified, you will receive a tag with the Medical Alert symbol on the front. We also have an Autism style, a Service Dog symbol, In Case of Emergency or a Maltese Cross. Other symbols available upon request.
What Do You Want Engraved On The Front?
There's room under the symbol for 1, 2, or 3 words up to 12 letters each*. We will adjust sizes, so less words and letters will be engraved larger.
What Do You Want Engraved On The Back?
There's room on the back for up to 8 lines of 15 letters each*. We will adjust sizes, so less words and letters will be engraved larger.
What Kind Of Tags Are These?
Tags are about 1.125" x 2" - the standard size of military Dog Tags. They are made out of anodized aluminum, so they will not irritate the skin nor will body oils affect the tags.

Will The Engraving Wear Off?
The laser engraving will appear white on the tag. Under normal conditions, the engraving should last for many years. The tags can withstand temperature extremes and can get wet. Only physical abrasion will affect the quality of the engraving.
How Do I Wear The Tag?
You will receive a 24" ball chain necklace. You can cut these down to size using household scissors, so you can make a bracelet instead of a necklace. If you'd prefer to make a key chain, let us know and we will send a split ring keychain instead of the necklace.
Do You Sell Silencers?
Yes. Tags with rubber silencers are available in another of our auctions. The silencers fit around the edge of the tag to eliminate the noise of multiple tags hitting one another.
What Color Tags Can I Choose From?
COLORS (as they appear in the photo from left-to-right, top-down):
Black, Blue, Gold, Red, Orange, Light Blue, Green, Pink, Gold, Brown, Red, Purple
NEW COLORS: RUST, GRAY and HOT PINK!
