Shipping and Handling

• International Customers are responsible for customs taxes and duties where applicable.
• Due to outrageous rates and paperwork, we do not offer insurance to international customers.
• At this time we cannot accept any international money orders regardless if they are in US fund.
• Shipping for outside United States is extra, please see the chart below for international shipping rate
• Shipments via USPS International typically take up to 3-4 weeks due to many countries' the slow customs process, so if you need your item sooner please use other stores.

• All items MUST be paid for at the same time! If you make two or more separate payments it will go out as two separate orders and you will not get the shipping discount.
• The highest shipping and handling fee applies first, then add each additional item's additional shipping charge listed on each item's description. so please check every item's description for additional item's shipping and handling fee.

It is also important to make sure that you understand the definition of what the specific measurement is for.  Here are some cocentimeteronly misunderstood definitions:

Diameter:  The distance of a straight line segment passing through the center of a figure, especially of a circle or sphere, and terminating at the edges

Length:  The distance of a straight line of the longest part of a figure, if it's a necklace or a bracelet, length will be the end to the end measurement.

Adjustable:  When the item is made up with links that can be removed to fit better, it will be noted as adjustable and detailed measurements will not be provided many times.

Stretchable :  When the item is linked with stretchable material, it will be noted as stretchable and detailed measurements will not be provided many times.

Return, Exchange and other store policies

• Due to availability we cannot guarantee exchanges on any items. Please contact us using Ebay message system.
• We will gladly accept returns if you are not satisfied with your purchase. As is with any other seller, once we receive your returned item we will issue a refund of your purchase price (less shipping cost) Returns are accepted on items that have not been worn, altered or washed, wht all tags attached.
• We will not accept returns for FINAL SALE ITEMS.
• We are not responsible for items that do not fit. Therefore, you can't return it just because it doesn't fit you.
• If you do not write item number when you are returning item, it might take longer for us to process.
• If you must cancel an order prior to shipment, you will be assessed a 15% re-stocking fee.

About our products

• Store Display : Store displays were previously available for sale in a retail environment and they have been exposed to appreciable customer contact. Accordingly, Store Displays can exhibit surface dirt/makeup that will come out when washed or dry cleaned, loose thread/beads/embroidery, very small snags or runs are some of the types of conditions you may find that will not be noted and item will be advertised as "new" and we will not accept returns for those minor things. However, if an item has a major flow, it will be noted clearly in the description and will provide picture(s).
• Customer Return : Customer returns were previously owned by department store's customer and were returned for many reasons. Customer Returns will show some signs of wear. However, if an item has a major flow, it will be noted clearly in the description and will provide picture(s).
