FAQ
Q: I received the incorrect item. What should I do now?
A: Please contact your Precision Implements customer service representative at alwaysgood@charter.net and put "Received Incorrect Item" in the subject line.
Q: My package is damaged. Who do I contact?
A: If your item was damaged, you will need to contact us at alwaysgood@charter.net with the subject titled "Damaged Order". We will need the following information: date of items received, auction number, courier and tracking number, and a daytime phone number.
Q: How long does it take to process a return?
A: Once your return package is received by Precision Implements it generally takes 1-7 business days to file the necessary paperwork and issue a refund.
Q: How is my refund applied?
A: The way your refund is applied is dependent on the way payment was made. If you used a credit card through PayPal, the Paypal refund will be credited to the same card that was initially charged. If you used PayPal, money order or a personal check, your refund will be issued with a company check. If you choose to leave the money in your account for future purchases, you will need to include that in your note prior to shipping back your item. How is shipping computed on additional items, exactly?
- Shipping charges for each item are clearly posted if its an additional item or multiple item purchase the addtional shipping charge or (combined shipping) for that item is posted in the shipping portion of the Store Policies. You will receive a combined invoice reflecting those charges shortly after your purchase is complete.
- If you don't receive a combined invoice within 24 hours please contact us at alwaysgood@charter.net with the subject titled "request combined shipping" and the item numbers and a combined invoice will be sent to you.

RETURNS
- Please contact us at alwaysgood@charter.net within 30 days of purchase to arrange the return of any damaged or defective item. We will replace it, exchange it or refund your money at your option.
- Returned merchandise must be shipped insured in original packaging with item number and return address.
- Prior authorization and an RA# is necessary for processing your return.
- Refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee and exclude shipping fees for the return of any undamaged item in resellable condition, to cover the cost of Ebay fees.
PAYMENT
- You can wait until you are all done shopping, and then pay all together at the end to save on shipping (within a 7 day period)
- We expect payment within 7 days of winning.
