Don't know whose mark it is; if you know and will email me, I'll add it to the description. These earrings are in beautiful condition and the carving on the cameos is well-done. They stayed in my mother's jewelry box for years without being worn more than a few times, and I don't really know how old they are, but they're at least from the 1960s or earlier. They measure approximately 11/16" from top to bottom. If I can answer any further questions, please feel free to ask.
