Unless otherwise noted, all gem weights are approximated to the best of our ability. We are so confident in our ability to grade, describe and depict our merchandise, that we offer the following return policy. We will accept a return for a full refund if the item is determined to be inaccurately graded, described or depicted by a qualified, certified appraiser. Just send it back along with their written appraisal, and we will provide a full refund. So bid with confidence. Buyer pays all shipping and handling (not refundable). Payment (money order, personal check, or certified check) must clear prior to delivery. We accept credit cards. Please call for details. We accept PayPal from confirmed addresses within the USA only. Please call for details. Items paid by money order or certified check will be shipped within 2 business days. Items paid by personal checks will be shipped within 10 days. New York state residents are required to include 8.5% NYS sales tax on their purchase. Note regarding appraisals: Purchaser's name must be added to original appraisal. We do not sell any enhanced, treated or drilled diamonds, and we do not sell diamonds graded I2 to I3 clarity. In our expert opinion, we do not feel they are good investments. Enhancements and treatments will reverse over the years, and I2 to I3 clarity diamonds lack eye appeal. Also, beware of scammers offering you a "second chance" at our items.
